Samuel Keller, Oxcyon President & CEO

Mr. Keller is Oxcyon's founder, president & CEO. He is a five-time winner of the prestigious Weatherhead 100 Award, a successful entrepreneur, and the inventor of Centralpoint. Prior to Oxcyon in 1992, he founded his first company, Kelltech, which grew to become one of the Top 100 U.S. Internet Consulting Firms in the country. It was later sold to GTCR in 1999. He started Oxcyon in 2000 to improve delivery of web-based solutions and portals. Mr. Keller researched the history of famous entrepreneurs and took a lesson from Henry Ford's playbook. He decided on a modular architecture of web-based components, which could be quickly assembled to deliver any web solution from stand-alone applications to a full-scale enterprise. He learned another lesson from Henry Ford after reading his quote: "The only competitor to be feared is the one who constantly  improves their product." It is for this reason that Centralpoint was designed to remotely update its clients (post facto), regardless of where they are hosted. This approach, similar to Windows Update, eliminates obsolescence typically associated with technology.
