Where is your maintenance and support staff located and in what time zone?

Oxcyon's Maintenance Support Staff is located in three locations, 1.) NE Ohio (Eastern timezone), 2.) South West Ohio (also Eastern Time Zone), and 3.) Los Angeles (Pacific Time Zone). They all manage the same issues, but depend on resources in our Pacific Time Zone to pick up any issues from 6pm-10pm Eastern, if there are any.
