What are the warranty clauses if specific remedies or promises that were made to us are not fulfilled? For instance uptime for user's to be able to make payments on our website.
Oxcyon warranties the product for the entirety of the lifespan that you are an active maintenance client. Due to Centralpoint's 16 year history (of updates) we must warranty that the application work according to our claims, and how it is presented to the client (pre sale), for as long as you are an 'active' maintenance client. Uptime guarantees (down to the percentage and/or charge back fees if not met, are included in our Hosting agreement terms), and general 'expectations' for any response times are found in our Service Level Agreement found here: http://oxcyon.com/centralpoint-dxp/supportfaqs. We would consider any service which interferes with your 'collection of payments' (the most important feature of the portal, likely) to be a Level 1-Critical Issue in terms of severity.
