Centralpoint provides the ability to create content inventory based on directory, tag, and/or category where content is referenced.

Any record within Centralpoint can be tagged to it's respective (Website, Metadata, and/or Roles (security of private users, if any) to access. This allows for a full inventory of all records of 'x' type, and also allows for automatic 'Cross References' to any (disparate) conent of similar type(s). (Example: Pull up an Article of 'x' type, and (optionally) see related 'x' type (Events, Staff, Documents, anything) in line with that record. So, in addition to granular tagging, it allows for the 'relationship' of all similar records (enabling a knowledge base, or knowledge management system to be delivered).
