All developed functions continue to work when there is an upgrade to Centralpoint.

Centralpoint upgrades (or updates) are provided bi-weekly via a remote (pull) update (from Oxcyon). These new features and functions are released after careful (Agile & Waterfall Pre Release testing by Oxcyon), but even then they are distributed to clients with a default setting of 'OFF' allowing the client to activate or invoke any new feature/function, given a tiered 'Development, QA testing process interally, prior to activating on the live (client) production site. These update notes are provided to the the client in advance of each new release, and we often provide some 'dialogue' around it should there need to be some, or if there are questions.
