Oxcyon Announces New Branding Strategy for 2013

CLEVELAND, Oh. -- Oxcyon, a leading provider of enterprise content management and Portal solutions for Healthcare announced today that it will be releasing a new brand and marketing strategy for the company and their flagship product Centralpoint for 2013.

"We brought in a market research consulting firm to study Oxcyon's brand within the ECM space, including our overall customer satisfaction. It was very telling, and the results of that study suggest Oxcyon needs to improve upon its brand as an company, and improve on available tutorials and product how-to's relative to our growing module gallery. "The great news is that our clients seem to love Oxcyon's approach and technology, however their was a demand for more do-it-yourself tutorials, and knowledge base articles. Clients also asked for more frequent, TAS meetings (Technology Awareness Sessions) to leverage tips and trends from other clients, to fully realize Centralpoint's robust module gallery." says Sam Keller, CEO & President of Oxcyon. "Our success is directly attributed to the Voice of Customer, we need to respond by synchronizing our clients' product knowledge with our rapid (weekly) R&D. Things are moving faster than ever, and our remote updates further accelerate that speed." This re branding initiative will allow us to clarify the message, and get our clients in stride with the changes to Centralpoint and the markets we serve."

"Oxcyon follows a simple rule...Listen carefully to what your clients want, and deliver it." I am grateful to those clients who participated in this study, and I am very excited about this re-branding campaign. It will help to stengthen our position as an emerging (and visionary) ECM leader."  Oxcyon's re branding campaign is scheduled to be completed by February 2013.

NOTE: This announcment was made early 2012, but the release of the new company branding will actually occur early 2013.
